What we collect

Your account email and password (stored hashed by our authentication provider); the clients, engagements, contracts and invoices you enter; a count of AI drafts you request; and subscription status. If you request the contract checklist, we store that email address. Card details are handled by Stripe and crypto payments by NOWPayments — we never see or store card numbers or wallet keys.

How we use it

Only to run the service: showing you your own data, drafting text you ask for, and managing your plan. Your data is only visible to your account. When you request an AI draft, the relevant details are sent to our AI provider to generate the text and are not used to send anything on your behalf. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Processors

Hosting and database (Lovable Cloud), AI drafting (Lovable AI), payments (Stripe, NOWPayments), and email delivery for account messages.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You can view and edit your data in the app at any time, and permanently delete your account and all associated data with the "Delete account" button on your client list. For access, export, or correction requests, or to remove a checklist email, contact privacy@freelanceforge.app. We respond within 30 days.

Retention

We keep your data while your account exists. Deleting your account removes it immediately; payment records required for tax law are kept by our payment processors.
